Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, slovakibou B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

slovakibou shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
